Letter Writing

Letter to State Attorney and Judge..

0 I was wondering if someone can help me get started on two letters I have to write. I was charged with a small misdemeanor in the state of Florida and they want me to appear in court. Unfortunately, I work and am a full time student, and cannot leave New York. I was told to write a letter to the state attorney and the judge, requesting to handle the case by mail. I've never done this before. Do I have to write a different letter to each? Or can I send the same letter? How do I set the letter up? Please help.02br

0 I also would appreciate help. He is serving 40 years for each county which means he needs to serve half the time on each county charge which means he 40+40 and has to serve haf 40+40=80 so he has to serve 40 years in jail, he wont be released til he is 63 which is unfair when killers only get 15 years in most cases. I want to know how to start the letter.
