Letter to School Chair - Need Grammer/Language Check..

Dear Dr. *******,
I am writing to you, in asking to appeal the decision of rejection of my application from your university; I have received an email from Dr. &&&& that I was unsuccessful in my application leaving me extremely disappointed. I have been in close contact with Dr. &&&&, he has been very helpful in answering all my questions and advised me that I should write an email to you. Dr. &&& decision was to grant me conditional admission but the admission committee rejected my application on the basis of low verbal GRE and not having undergraduate degree. While I understand that careful consideration is taken into account when dealing with admission, I know that I have what it takes to go beyond the expectation set forth by such a prestigious university if given the chance. The opportunity of learning at a higher education hasn't come by itself, having had to work and pay for my own tuition has left a toll on my academic grades over my college years. My lack of time management over my initial entry into college while dealing with work has always been something that I had a tough time dealing with.

I know that while my grade trend throughout college was not particularly at its best, I did improve in medical school taking the most complex courses offered. I chose to attend medical school in Poland for several reasons. Not only was the Polish program fully accredited in the United States, it was also possible to complete all aspects of it in less time than that required in the US. The actual, formal completion of a bachelor’s degree was not a Polish entrance requirement, and I had already completed all course work requirements for admission into the program, further shortening time required for the completion of the MD degree.
To prepare myself to effectively achieving my goals, I will continue to pursue the US-required ECFMG certifications as I complete the very valuable training that is a part of the MPH degree. I will also have obtained US board certification as an MD, and the training resulting from these combined degrees will enable me to have a much broader understanding and knowledge of medical research’s impact on global public health systems. In addition, I plan to do my medical residency in Preventive Medicine. This specialty focuses on healthcare delivery and the health of populations from a public health perspective and will give me the ability to impact healthcare on both population-based and global levels.
Ultimately I am interested in conducting medical research and would like to work either in a local, state, or national headquarters of an agency such as the military, USDA, CDC, FDA, or a global agency such as WHO. In addition to conducting research, I would like to be in a position to eventually develop policies that will have a positive impact on public health practice and/or global health practice.

My personal belief is “knowledge is a key to success”. When it comes to pursuing knowledge, I’m kind of a person who has strong perseverance and never let anything put me down. I always do the best of my ability to overcome any hurdles on my path. With this attitude and strong passion for this particular subject I have, I believe, I have potential to become successful student. With your assistance, I can make this happen. I hope you grant me a chance to prove that. With all respect, please kindly reconsider my application once more.

Sincerely yours,

Yes, that's true. But this school is apparently rejecting you because you don't have the degree that is required.. So what you might do is argue that you have completed enough courses to have the academic equivalent of an undergraduate degree.
