I'm writing a letter to a neighbour regarding a noise nuisance. It's a sensitive letter and I've been thinking hard about the words to use. I managed to come up with something, but find that I'm not comfortable yet to send it out. I feel the portion in blue below is a bit 'harsh' and can possibly be written in a 'softer' tone -- maybe I just don't have the words to say it right... Would really appreciate your suggestions. Thanks.
