Letter to my son in his senior yearbook
When you were a baby you amazed me with every breath you took. Your determination to survive was endless. You were an answered prayer.
When you were a toddler you amazed me with every sound you made, every word you spoke, every step you took and every smile you smiled. I couldn’t have been more proud of you.
When you were a young boy you impressed me with your strong-mindedness and confidence. You were my pride and Joy.
When you were a teenager you impressed me with your sense of humor, independence, caring nature and lightheartedness. You were my little man.
You’ve grown into an exceptional young man, Nicholas, who is so gentle, caring and giving toward others. You have no limits on how much. Your strong leadership abilities, dedication and caring nature (have) has brought you many opportunities, wonderful people and much success and will continue to throughout your next journey in life. You always strive to do your best. You have a lot to be proud of.

I understand what you meant but I was justing looking for help with the words "Have and Has" as well if there were anymore improperly used grammar. Have a good day.

Hiya, it looks good, just 2 things:
"You have no limits on how much." I feel this is a nonsense sentence. How much what? You should incoorperate it into the previous sentence rather than rely on referring to it.
"Your strong leadership abilities, dedication and caring nature HAVE brought you.." Verb must match subject number, here the word "abilities" is the plural form.
