I would like to send message to member to attend meeting and I want them to come without fail. So here is my writting below.

There will be a meeting on xx/08/2011, Monday at the xxxx. I would be grateful if you could come without fail.
We going to reset the schedule for the project areas at the meeting so we will consider as the CSI members who turn up in the meeting.

Yes, what i want to mean is these members are volunteer. Some of them have never turned up after they joined the organization. They don't participate any area regularly.
That's why i want to put the volunteer(who are participate in specific project area regularly) on the schedule .
