Letter to Managment

This is to inform the management that I won’t be able to accept the fuel allowance which I am eligible for, though the management was generous enough. As most of the time I have to visit the site for measurement and the fuel allowance won’t suffice my travel. It would be better for me to opt for office Vehicle then allowance. Travelling by taxi every now and then will not only hampering my day to day works but it will be time consuming.

I will be able to accept the allowance once I start driving till then I would like to use the office vehicle.
