Letter to manager

Dear all,

I'm trying to send some message to my manager? my english is very simple and i'm trying to improve my english to advanced level. Could you please help me with it?

"Dear (**manager Name),

I would like to inform that (**staff names) can not log into the computer as the message has shown that their accounts have been expired when they log into the computer.

So I called IT administrator and he said the manager's approval is needed to solve it. Finally he resolved it for two days (Saturday and Sunday) only as my request but they will not be able to log in starting from monday and ahead without your approval.

So your approval is priority for them to use the computer."

thanks in advance

Dear ( Name), This is to inform you that (staff names) cannot log into the computer : a message shows that their accounts have expired . I called the IT administrator , and he said the manager's approval is needed to resolve this. He temporarily enabled staff logins for two days (Saturday and Sunday) at my reques t, but they will not be able to log in after that without your approval.
