LETTER TO JUDGE BEFORE MY SENTENCING DATE.?

I am very unsure of what to write to the judge. i need to write a letter explaining my actions and i dont know what to say. I have a 1 year old daughter that im her sole provider. so what would a good thing to say in my letter to help not send me to jail for my daughter.
