Letter to intimate the HR about confirmed joining date

Hi,

I have received an offer from a MNC, while attending the interview rounds I made it clear that my current organization has 90 days notice period. They accepted it and gave me the offer letter and asked me to inform them about the tentative date of joining(which I can modify later) so I gave them 1st Oct'10 as a tentative date.
Now after having discussion with my manager its not possible for me to join them on tentative date, as per the policy my last working day (in my current organization) will be 12th Nov'10.

Could you please suggest me the correct format of the letterEmotion: email so that I can inform them about my confirmed date of joining.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Raj

There is no 'format for a letter changing a starting date'. Start by writing as if you were talking to them. Post your draft letter here and we will check it.

Hi,

There is no any specify format. You can use any simple format for joining date confirmation and can modify as per your subject line.
