Letter to intel employer /urgent /grammar check

Hi English forum teachers, can somebody pls check if there's any grammar error from my below letter, if yes pls edit for me, thank you.

Dear Susan,

I would like to ask how does the job process go? I’ve contacted the agency, saying that they’re waiting for the hardcopy from Intel for them to proceed. Therefore when probably I’ll be working?

There are few career prospect questions that I need to ask. Could you please kindly reply my questions?

1. Will I be hired to be an Intel permanent staff after my contract? If yes how?

2. Will this E-learning system be an ongoing development for Intel or it is just existed when it’s needed?

3. Am I be working on Saturday or from Mon to Friday?

4. Will there be a 2nd interview?

5. Will this job prolong or I’ll be terminated once all the projects are completed

Sincerely,
Gary Lee

Hi, Vincent, I see your question is urgent and since nobody has answered it so far, I'll venture to help, though I'm not a native speaker. Just a note: if you address the person as Susan, I suggest you use "Best wishes" at the end of the letter. If you use a family name in the address, then you can write "Yours sincerely" at the end.

  • And another thing: I think Q5 repeats Q2, so you can just skip it.
  • Here're my corrections: Dear Susan, I would like to ask how far the job process has reached.
