Sub: Request for Annual leave & Annual Air Ticket Encashment

Dear Sir,

I would like to request you to encashment to me my annual leave along with air ticket fare pay for this current year. I prefer payment in lieu of taking the leave, As you know due to the covid 19 pandemic regular flights are not available to my destination till. Therefore I have no plan to go on vacation this time.
