Letter to HR

Dear Sir/Madam,

I just collected sentences from different sources and drafted this letter.

Please check and make the necessary corrections.

Your kind support will be highly appreciable.

Yours faithfully

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to draw your attention to concerns regarding the impact of my current workloads.

I have been working in this organization for 11 years as a Tender coordinator. I was always loyal and dedicated to City Pharmacy Co., I have enjoyed most of my experiences and the chance to build productive relationships with my co-workers.

However, in the past few months, I have been struggling with how to address workload under excessive pressure issues that I find disturbing. At present, I am handling complete tasks for both Medical & Karl Storz, divisions and all the assignments and projects were submitted on time without any delays.

I would like you to know that in a current situation the workload has grown up day by day and I am in under pressure of heavy workload from both the departments. There are daily more tasks than my daily average capacity and the time to complete them all but of course I can get everything done in very tight conditions. One more point I want to bring to you that around 7 to 8 salesperson from both departments has requested their quotation at a time to be ready, which is difficult for me to manage.

I trust that the company will take this issue seriously and look into this matter promptly. This situation affecting my esteem and ability to concentrate at work. I would like to request your intervention and I feel that you would be able to look at my performance reviews, works history, and be able to resolve this problem.

Thank you,

Your’s faithfully,
