James, I’d love for you to come to LA, but the thing is I stopped leasing my condo in Rosemead a couple months ago because I thought I was gonna exchange my Monterey Park condo for a new condo closer to my office in Rosemead but now it appears that I may be moving to the Monterey Park condo after all... the lease for the current tenant ends late August so that means when you get here we may have to stay at an Airbnb or hotel. Which is disappointing because I very much wanted you to stay with me at my own place.
