Letter to Employer - New Zelaand

Question

Please correct below y letter to my employer. The situation is that my New Zealand Work Permit will epxire in september and I want to get a new permit before it expires so taht I don;t have the stop working. New Zelaand Immigration needs the documents to process my work permit application so I need this documents from my employer if ever they will continue my employment with them. Here is my letter. 1. Employer's Supplementary Form
2. Job Offer
3. Employment Contract.

Second, be extremely careful with spelling and typing to avoid as many mistakes as possible.

Finally, I want you to take an attempt at the letter and then I (and others) will help you correct it.

Someone made a suggestion in a post that you need to try to write the letter yourself first to learn and that if you are having difficulty getting started, write out what you would say if you were talking to them on the phone.
