Letter Writing

letter to employer

Hi guys I am in serious trouble. someone has sent an e-mail about my character to my employer. in his letter he saying that i have criminal back ground, fraud and my previous employer has fired me because of my criminal back ground. none of these are true. my employer has checked everything including police. and they found nothing. as it is an established company they request for an explanation letter to keep in my file. please help me to write a letter to HR manager.
