Letter to dean about the cancellation of my leave of absence
is this appropriate? hoping for your quick reply. thanks. badly needed. 
Dear Dean,
RE: Leave Of Absence
I will no longer continue taking BS Nursing this coming 2nd Semester. I need my credentials to be able to transfer to different school. Since I filed a Leave Of Absence last August, my credentials will not be release according to the Registrar’s Office. I will cancel my Leave Of Absence.
I would like to request your approval for this decision, and I would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail if it would be convenient.
