Letter to college
I have to write a letter to my college to issue me two new marksheets of semester 1 and 2 of bachelor of arts with my mother's name rectified as it has been misprint as my name in both the marksheets. I am confused whether to address this letter to the registrar or the principal of the college...and i am baffled by the content too..and is writing my home address is also necessary. Please help me with this?
