Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about the services at J.K. International Airport on 15 June 2019 as a result of which I missed my flight of Kuala Lumpur.

When I reached the airport on that day, I was told by your staff that boarding-pass machines were not working properly, and I needed to stand in a queue. I stood in a long queue for almost one hour since the service of your staff issuing the manual passes was too slow. Consequently, the flight was missed.

I had a business meeting at Kuala Lumpur that I could not attend as a result of this fiasco. Although my secretary tried to reschedule that meeting, the senior management of the Malaysian company did not agree to it. This may cause a loss of million pounds to my company and ultimately, I can be fired from my exiting job.

I want you to provide the clarification letter enumerating that numerous passengers had missed their flight on that day due to technical errors in your machines. Moreover, please return the amount of the ticket I paid in advance.
