Letter to a professor of itroducing myself and my interest of working with him

i am a degree in biology and currently i am a student of the School of Medicine in Athens , I would like to introduce myself to a Greek professor of the School of Medicine in Stanford University..Please help me... I am at this time here in Stanford for vacation but next year i am finishing my studies in Athens and I would like to meet him and ask him if there would be a way in working with him in Stanford and Having my Residency there...
