Letter to a former employer, about come back - please correct:)
I want to write letter to my employer from last summer holidays, I want to come back to this place.
I know that it's not too formal, but it's the intention, i dont want it to be too official, just to inform in a loose way, that I willingly return to this job if there is a chance.
Can you please correct grammar/style or make some suggestions?
Hello T, It's D.L., I worked as a waiter at Tre Scalini last year, I hope you remamber me. I'm going to come back to Philadelphia soon, with some new skills and experience. So if you need any floor staff, you can count on me. I will be ready to rejoin Tre Scalini team with pleasure. I will be available from June 28th, as soon as I arrive and organize myself, I will call, step by for a litlle chat and to see how everybody's doing. So for now, I just want to let you know, that there is somebody who will be glad to come back to the old spot.
Best Wishes
Thanks!

Hi, I think this is a good letter. You're smart to contact your employer in advance of your arrival. I'll make a few suggestions.
