Letter salutation (and more) to HR and Board of Trustees
Hello,
I'm looking to request a reduction in contract from 1.0 FTE (I'm a teacher) to a .8 year. I need to address this request to my human resources department and my district's Board of Trustees. Any advice on any part of the letter would be helpful. I'm especially hoping for assistance with the salutation. Some online suggestions were to greet with Ladies and Gentlemen. Seems a bit too informal...
