I would be grateful if you can help me to correct the following letter.
Dear Manager
I am writing to make a comment about a technician of Mr. *******.
At the end of August 2006, I had prepared routine inspection forms and instruct all technicians to study and raise out all encountered problems before carrying out formal routine inspection. It can alleviate the problems occur and save time to complete the forms. About two weeks later, Mr. ******* had ignored my instruction and did not study the forms at right time. He had raised out some dump questions as receiving my instruction to carry out formal routine inspection. He also expressed unwilling to complete his duty at working time.
In addition, Mr. ***** reported that all portable pump room routine inspection at roof floor of each tower had been completed and all reading had been collected on 14 Sept 2006. From my photos record at Tower B pump room on 12 Sept 2006, three pressure gauges of fresh water pump have defect. A pointer of one gauge has been totally loosen on the bottom especially shown on the attached photos. I reconfirm him all water pressure reading are in a normal condition before his counter checking. He still not believed what I said until he had a three times checking to verify the fact with other technician of Mr. *******.
However, his poor attitude is still keeping to me from our previous telephone discussion. I believed that his poor working attitude not only waste company resource but also consume all colleagues time at this tight working schedule. Furthermore, his honest is worth to re-evaluate from the incident of pump room inspection. All his work shall be taken extra effort to check in order to mitigate unexpected problems occur. I hope you can look into this matter.
