Letter Writing

Letter or an email

These days email communication has taken over the traditional way of writing personal or business letters.

I want to know for business related or semiformal letters ending the contect by "With Regards"........and your name.

Is it common? a good english to use or just leave at as " Regards".......

Business-related and semi-formal letters may close with ' Best regards ' (and notice that only the first word is capitalized) if the recipient is a reasonably familiar acquaintance; otherwise, use 'Sincerely yours'. 'With regards' and 'Regards' are short forms of 'Best regards' and are considered rather lazy substitutes.
