Letter on noise disturbance. Please provide feedback.

Work is being done on the street where you live. The noise is disturbing you. Write a letter of complaint to your local council. In your letter:

• Introduce yourself
• Explain what the problem is
• Suggest solutions to the problem

I am writing this letter to bring your attention on the construction work that is being carried out at Gulzar Street, near the Parkavenue Ground. The noise of the work has greatly disturbed us.

I am a schoolteacher who have been teaching Mathematics in the Bayview School for last five years. I have never experienced this kind of work in this area before.

Your team of developers are building a new public park in our area, but they are using heavy machines in the daytime that create a loud noise. The sound of it gradually increases during the afternoon and sometimes become unbearable as my students cannot focus on studies.

You are requested to instruct your team not to use the machines, which make noise, during the daytime. They can use these in an evening or night if they want. By doing this, our students would be able to focus on studies.
