I am writing you in regards to the above named person, she is my niece and I have been responsible for her for the past eight years.

I am the sole owner of Samuel Global Concept, and we are into Importation of Goods, event planning and catering. Thomas has been like the backbone of the company, since I am mostly away from Ghana, she runs errands and manages the company without a paycheck. She has a dream to further her studies so I am taking full responsibility for all her expenses in XYZ.

I am aware that 6000 euro is required yearly for the living and educational expenses, and 6000 euro equivalent has been released to her for the first year ( September 1^st2011-31 August 2012) and funds for the subsequent sessions will be released to her as when its needed.
