Letter of Request for Assistance and Support

0Hello, I'm trying to contact local school teachers to help our city with music activies for upcoming festival but have not received any responses. I decide to write a letter to the pricipal and ask for help. Would you please and please revise my letter to make it sound that I need help (I really need help) and make it grammatically correct? 00Along with the July 4 celebration and the annual tree lighting event, the City of 00 will conduct a third city event on October 28, 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It will be a fine arts festival in the downtown. We will have music during the day and a concert start at 7:00 p.m., fall food and children activities center. 02br

00We currently have great numbers of volunteers for children activities but have not received responses for music activities. We’ve contacted different teachers in the Fine Arts Department but no one has replied to our voice mails or emails. We do not know if we contacted the wrong persons or if the teachers we contacted are no longer with the school.
