please help me correct my letter of request

My name is xxxxxxx Loan ID: 000-000-000

I am writing this letter with regard to my current loan.

My monthly payment was due on June xx 20xx, for some reason I was not able to pay it on time.

I am requesting your good office to allow me to make the payment by end of this month June xx,20xx.
