Letter of recommendation

I am Juned Wibowo from Indonesia and planning to take my master degree in Tilburg University. I do need to prepare a letter of motivation.

I already did my letter but as English is not my first language, can anybody in the forum help me out with the grammar,diction and etc?

This is my letter of motivation:

I am applying for the Master’s Program in Strategic Management track Entrepreneurship at Tilburg University, starting in spring 2016. Having reviewed similar graduate programs throughout universities in he Netherlands, I confident that Tilburg’s entrepreneurship graduate program best suits to my career and aspirations.

Graduated with bachelor degree in Accounting from Faculty of Economics at University of Indonesia, I was on upper-middle academic record, as attested by my 3.4 out of 4 GPA index, along with a steady dose of student’s extra-curricular activities.

I am a registered accountant and a certified financial modeler with an extensive working experience in financial sector for more than 15 years. During my work, I was well exposed with across the board transactions from advisory, merger & acquisition and business valuation to stock analysis and portfolio investment. Being partnered with multinational clients, local and international, such as IFC, McKinsey, Pertamina and FedEx, I was given opportunity not only to enhance my technical skill but also equally important soft skills such as communication, presentation and problem solving.

Over the last five years, I realized that my unwavering passion lies in something that is more on strategic and dynamic issue rather than a sheer finance and accounting. Since then, I have been engaged with small medium enterprises and working with subjects such as business set up, value creation and business turn around. My team and I were succeeded to transform small and distressed food and property companies into sustainable and profitable ones. I think my strong financial background has provided me with a more traditional yet goal-driven attitude during my involvement in those companies.

Tilburg’s exceptional tradition in research and education and sophisticated scientific approach will definitely strengthen my capabilities to pursue my career as an entrepreneur and as a business coach. Coming from South East Asia, a region that has demonstrated a steady yet robust economy growth and a mammoth market for business, will provide me with a unique Asia perspective on how business and entrepreneurship works in the eastern part of the world. And as a coffee enthusiast, blending a variety of coffee beans together with the right proportion will only lead to a unique, richness in flavor, signature coffees.
