Letter of Motivation PhD Immunology

Dear All,

Any one know where to get great advice/examples of STRONG letters of motivation for a PhD? I find examples on the internet, none related to science and none of them leave a real impression. Please help!

He also wrote two articles, which you can find at: Motivation Letters – Part I Motivation Letters -- Part II Other than the ones he edited, a site search here will turn up many more motivation letters.
