Letter of motivation for an Undergraduate degree/UK

Hello! I have written a sketch of my letter of motivation and I would really appreciate it if someone could take a look at it. bare in mind that it's not yet the end result. I just wrote everything that came in to my mind. But the biggest problem is that I know absolutely nothing about punctuation. So it may be difficult to read/understand but that is why I'm writing here!
ok, so here goes nothing..

Dear Sir or Madam,

• I have chosen to apply to this programme because I am fascinated by the way an interior can changhe the space we live in without even having to make any changes to the building itself. I’m infatuated by how interior has power over the way a person feels in the certain area. Interior can make you feel at home and happy in a small closet-like room on the north side of a building with a wery little source of natural light. Or it can make a person feel cold and disgusted in a normal-sized room with windows facing south, plenty of natural lighting and a nice warm fireplace. Different interiors can change a room completely. It can make two identical rooms look absolutely different. And that is definetely a form of art. Anyone can hang new walpapper and buy a new sofa, but people don’t realize how it will effect the space and the atmosphere until it’s too late to make any changes. So I chose to apply to Interior design to be able to make the decisions neccesary to create a space engaging, convenient and qualitative to live in. To learn the use of color, space and art in a living environment or public spaces. And to be able to pursue my further career in the certain area.

• I expect to gain the required skills to make my ideas become reality. To gain the architectural and cunstructional knowledge to create sustanable, practical and realizable projects. Develop my artistical skills (painting, color theory?,) to create not in the least attractive and elegnt interiors. As the studies will probably take place in a quite international environment, I hope to learn (new to myself) skills and ways of seeing things from differnet cultures. To be able to undrstand different types if mentalities, whereas I will need to interact with people working as an interior designer. I expect to gain the psichological acquirements to be capable of understanding the needs and desires of my future clients. To understand how far color, size, contrast, accent or asymmetry wise i can go with the certain clients interior. Learn different styles of interior, so as to be able to understand and interact with the design objects in certain environments.

• I have always had an interest in arts and crafts. Ever since I was little I have attended various hobby groups for example Latvian folk dance, ceramic art, painting, choir etc. I have studied visual art for twelve years at school. I have had a desire to study interior design for a long time. For this reason I have been attending a Professional education development program in interior design where I challenged my endowment in this area and ascertained that this is the career that I want to pursue. I have an ambition to work for a top-notch company in the future and demonstrate good skills, but I realize that an appropriate education is needed and I believe that Your University would give me the required academic preparation and practical experience.
