Having recently returned to Germany from a year abroad I am now seeking a new professional challenge as part of my international career strategy. A Master’s graduate of Business Administration in Tourism, it has been my dream to pursue a career in the cruise market ever since I started my university education. I am especially taken by the dynamic nature of working on a cruise ship, as it caters for both my active lifestyle and my passion for the hospitality industry.

Over the past 10 years I have gained relevant work experience in various hospitality establishments across Australia, Germany, Chile and the USA and am familiar with all aspects of the daily procedures, absolutely striving in providing outstanding guest service. I constantly aim to not only fulfil, but exceed the customer's expectations by leaving positively nothing to be desired.



Alongside a strong customer- and goal oriented focus these previous placements allowed me to establish the ability to multi-task in a busy and ever-changing environment, which I believe is indispensable for the work on a cruise ship. My efficient, effective and self-motivated work style provides the flexibility and adaptability that is essential to create that „home away from home“ for both the guests and myself.



Naturally working as a team player, I consider reliability, punctuality, and a bit of perfectionism the crucial factors in a successful enterprise. My excellent written and verbal communication skills, while proficient in four languages, allow for a problem free conversation with customers and colleagues from all parts of the world. With an impeccable presentation and distinct leadership qualities - including strong organizational skills and high level computer literacy - I am the ideal candidate for a position in upper management and am particularly interested in the Front Desk and Entertainment departments.



I would be honoured to be given the chance to work with one of the market’s big cruise companies as travel is one of my great passions and I feel such a job opportunity would be a big milestone in the implementation of my professional goals.
