Letter Writing

Letter of motivation-correction

Dear sir or madam,
I am XX, 2nd year student of Chitkara University, Himachal Pradesh, India. It was an immense pleasure for me to find out about the 2 years exchange program at the BCIT. With this letter, I would like to express my interest in studying at the BCIT as an International student.
I am currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering at the Chitkara University. I came across different and interesting subjects during my course like Discrete Maths, C language; C++, Html, DBMS, Mysql, Networks etc and I found that, I have keen interest in networks field. I love to work on network devices and hardware and I have decided to learn the concepts of networks much more deeply and I am sure it would strongly enrich my future studies and help me in my prospective career.
As BCIT come under one of the most reputed colleges of the Canada it will be a golden chance for me to become a part of it. I specially appreciate the wide range of offered modules and the freedom in making our study plan. I have gone through your website and found the degree with Bachelor of technology Computer Systems (Network Security Administration Option) is best suited for me due to many reasons. Firstly, this degree will help me to learn about network infrastructure, securing systems and services, etc in total: my thirst for networks. Secondly, in my last year at the Chitkara University I worked on Cisco packet tracer (6.1) and wire shark (1.12.4). I really liked working on this software and performing practically on network devices. I am keen to continue like this in future.
Moreover I consider this programme as a great opportunity to get in touch with British culture and educational system. I have chosen to apply for BCIT, because I really like its way of teaching. Furthermore, there is a friendly atmosphere at both the university as well as the city. In addition to this, BCIT’s infrastructure attracts me. Last but not least, I am very curious about different approaches to the Bachelors at the foreign university and international exposure.
I would love to be at BCIT. This would give me a chance to deepen my practical as well as theoretical knowledge in the inspiring, creative, and cosmopolite environment of one of the largest British universities. Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to your positive response.
