letter of motivation
guys i am applying for a phd position in netherlands. i read many letters here and most of them are addressed to some prof. so i want to ask that is it necessary to start our letter with DEAR PROF. XXX or we can start directly?
and one more thing i would like to ask is that do i have to include my details like name, contact no., email id. and other details at the starting of my letter?
