Letter of motivation

Please can someone check my letter:



Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my interest in applying for a Master's Degree Programme in ******* starting in autumn 2010. I believe my educational background would enable me to make a strong contribution at the University. I mention that I will graduate in year 2010 the Faculty of Commerce, within the Bucharest University of Economics, Romania with a bachelor degree in Business Administration.



Since my early years the question of my future studies was very important to me. Therefore at the age of 17, I graduated the “Business plan and entrepreneurship management” course organized by the Swiss Institute of Management. At the age of 18 I had my first international experience I graduated the 3 weeks Leonardo da Vinci program “Professional training and counseling in the management hotels” held in Malaga, Spain. Throughout my school and university education, I have been a keen participant in extra-curricular activities. I have been an active member in school and university’s projects; I also was volunteer for several social responsibility foundations. I like to take responsibility and to work as part of a team. Moreover I can say that I would like to continue my studies in order to gain knowledge and experiences by academic research and I believe a Master Degree Programme in ******* would offer me the possibility of receiving the complete picture of all aspects of this field.



The reason for choosing this specific Master Programme comes from the fact that I wish to deepen the knowledge gained in college, to have a word class education based on your unique model of teaching at an International recognized university which focuses on my personal development. Also if I will get selected for this programme I will have the opportunity to learn from the best and the fact that I will study in an international environment will give me the privilege to create new relationships with people from different cultures. I am also aware of the kind of dedication and perseverance I will need to have for achieving the best results in the field and I believe my background and my ambition will qualify me for such a Master Programme. I am positive that your university is an excellent start for an ambitious business career.

Finally I can say that I look forward to join this Master Degree Programme in ********* in order to prove my abilities and gain new skills and I will be patiently waiting for a positive reply.
