Letter of late application

Hi all.....

Please assist me to write a letter of Late application

My daughter is graduating this coming June and she want to enroll in one of the university but she was not aware of the entrance exam is already passed. On inquiry to the university they request me to write a letter of late application so they can consider my daughter.

So I write like this for your correction.

My name is (my name), an engineer and my daughter’s name is (my daughter name), who was graduating in Secondary school this coming (date) at (her present school) and I would like to enroll my daughter in University (name of school) with a course of BS (course).

My Daughter is a hard studied and trustworthy person and I’m aware of(name of school) fine academic’s and believe my daughter would thrive in that environment, but I realized that the deadline of application and entrance examination has passed, but I believe we can discuss this matter to give consideration to my daughter.

Why are you writing on behalf of your daughter? Is she not old enough to write the letter herself? Also, should you be writing directly to the dean of some faculty?
