letter of intent

Hi please in proofreading my letter of intent pls...

Dear Ms. Chua, MGS Co. would like to present this Letter of Intent to signify our interest in leasing a commercial space inside Premiere Mall.

Our products include a variety of personalised items for gifts and for personal use such as gold plated silver jewelries, canvas bags, pouches, wood home accent - serving board, desk organiser, plant box, tissue box, and some basic apparels - cotton spandex shirt, shorts and pajama.

Currently, our product prices range from 10-200.

Our clients are usually women from young professionals to retiree. But, we’re coming up with product line to cater men clientele as well.

Our items are also ideal for wedding souvenir and high end corporate giveaways.

The MGS Co. booth or space that we plan to put up would require at least 6-15 square meters and a power outlet for a cash register, heat press machine, sewing machine, embroidery machine and possibly laser cutting machine. The shop will be manned by two employees.

We do not have an existing store yet, as this will be our pioneer store incase you’ll consider us.

We usually join fairs and bazaars, some photos of our booth display attached with this letter. The same nature style using light brown wood and green plants will be our theme for this shop.

We believe that our personalised shop complements the business concept of Premiere Mall because we cater to the same target market. Thus, we would appreciate it if you could contact us at xxx-xxxxxx or email: Email Removed during office hours from Mondays to Saturday, so we can set up a meeting to discuss this further and possibly come up with a formal business agreement.
