Expression of intent to develop 900 acres owned by KEYWORLD located in Shai Hills Greater Accra through joint venture between Hyperion Company and Keyworld company .
We would like to take this opportunity in introducing Hyperion Company Ltd.
Hyperion was established and registered in 2009 with the objective of going into Land development projects. We have identified a niche in the Ghanaian market for providing best quality and value in housing development.
We consider our company to be at the forefront of land development in Ghana. We are able leverage all our resources and strategic partnerships with various financial and construction companies, allowing us to provide the best in planning and construction of new homes and communities that showcase the best in designs from some of the world’s best architects and planners.
We are interested in forming a strategic joint Venture partnership with your company in developing your 900 acre site in Shai Hill area of Greater Accra Region. We plan on creating one of the very best master planned communities in Ghana providing world class designs, amenities, and the very best in after sales support. The project would cover a timeline of 10 years and 3 phases in our development schedule.
The project would comprise of:
. 250 1 acres home lots
. 18 hole championship golf course with club house
. 50 acre manmade lake with a 25 acre artificial island
. Polo Field with club house
. Land Rover Experience Center
. Amenities to include tennis courts, squash courts, indoor basketball court and a gym
. Commercial spaces for banks and a grocery shop would be provided upfront.
We intend to incorporate all development activities and buildings into the surrounding environment as much as possible. We developed a comprehensive environmental plan with leading environmental experts that highlights our commitment to major environmental issues like water conservations and reducing the impact of construction on the surrounding environment.
We have developed a comprehensive community support program in conjunction with our NGO (Life Africa). The program has been designed to provide training and counseling to help people in acquiring skills that would give them access to better jobs and enable them start new business. We plan to create an educational fund that will provide scholarships for deserving students to further their education. We will also intensify and sponsor environmental education programs to help with the protection of the environment and reduce the risk of health issues through appropriate sanitation and hygiene programs.
