Letter of Inquiry

Dear Ms.Nguyen,

I am writing on behalf of the president of the FELTE Youth Council to request your permission to fund our new project called “The Melody of Souls” which my team and AC4U club are cooperating to carry out this autumn.

“The Melody of Souls” is a project that aims to connect faculty students. Each student attending university requires them to adjust to a new environment with new people right away, which can be stressful and exhausting. This project will assist students in getting to know one another through a different method called music. Music can heal those scratched souls, so we chose music to spread out the positive energy. Every month, we will convene a meeting with representatives from all classes to collaborate on a faculty song. Any challenge in life, or joy from friends, might be reflected in the lyrics.

Our project lets students relieve stress in daily life and allows them to show off their talents that they rarely do. We hope to be supported by the teachers, and we want to apply for funding from the faculty. The amount required is about 20 million. We will rent the audio system and musical instruments for the students with that fund, and if the faculty can provide us, we will be very grateful. This fund can help us keep the project going while also improves the image of the faculty. It also demonstrates that the faculty is concerned about the mental health of students.
