letter of explanation
Our establishment has been inspected and was found to be operating without the presence of me (pharmacist). i was absent during that time because i have to attend my daughters' recognition ceremony. now, i am directed to submit a letter of explanation to the office who came to our establishment for inspection. please help me, the response is needed 10days after the date i have received the notice. thank you.
