my companay AB requires every pharmacist needs to become imumunization certified pharmacist so that they can give flu shots to patients. Unfortunately, I cannot become one of these pharmacist due to my needle phobia. I need to submit the explanation letter. please help me to to edit what i have written.thank you so much for your help
