letter of confirmation - pls help to correct my sentence, tq

Hi,
Could someone correct the following sentence please. TQ

To Whom It May Concern,

"This is to confirm that Mr.................. Passport No.................... is currently engaged by ABC Corporation as a Technical Consultant on? seconded to DEF Limited effective .................

His monthly basic salary is $.............. (Dollars:..................................) per month plus other standard employment benefits.
