letter of complaint

I'm writing you because I would like to know if there are any other useful phrases that I can include in a letter of complaint. I'm preparing myself for the FCE exam and I'll be taking it on December.

Thank you.

In general, it's best to avoid stock phrases. This is just an academic question, then, and not an actual complaint? Often, the best way to write a letter is just to pretend you were speaking to the addressee in person.
