Letter of Complaint!!???
Title:
The resident at your residential area are complaining that the lorries coming in and out of the construction site near your residential area are producing too much dust, thereby lowering the quality of air around your residential area. as the president of your residential area, write a letter of complaint to manager of the construction company to inform him of the problem (s) you and your fellow residents are facing, requesting him to take neccessary step to minise the dust pollution created by the lorries from his company.
This is what i write, please help me check my grammar,sentence and format. thanks and thanks. my english very bad, i hope you all can teach me. thank you very much.

Air Pollution at Taman Duku
I regret to inform you that the BC construction company in our residential area is causing us a lot of air pollution to residents living around the Taman Duku.
For your information, our residential area used to very clean and fresh until the construction had been taken in about 4 month ago. The construction of yours company is big project and cause the environment air pollution. Hence, the Lorries is come in and come out from construction area frequently near my residential area. In fact all of us are affected badly by existence of yours company in our residential area.
In the normal working day hours, it is very causing very high air pollution, which are dust producing by the Lorries of yours company make us hard to breath Furthermore, the river and the water is very filthy causing by the construction that make us cannot drink and use the water.
On behalf of resident of Taman Duku, I request you to take necessary steps to minimize the dust pollution created by the Lorries from you company.
Your concern and prompt action are highly appreciated.
