Letter of complain

Could somebody please check my letter? I would be very appreciative.

Dear Sir or Madam,



I am writing to complain about the ‘Asimo’ robot which I bought from your company two weeks ago. It fell down the stairs and I realized that he no longer does all these things, what were written in the instructions. I wrote below all the problems.

First of all, it does not recognize voices and faces. Before this accident it detected my voice and repeated up to 2000 words, which I was saying. But now it is saying very vague phrases. Also, it walked, sat, danced, clapped, waved and made many other movements, but now it only could make half of them.

Secondly, it does not detect any human emotions, it seems that it is not wondering what I am showing to him. Also he has problems with scheduling the appointments.

To sum up, I need you to please exchange my robot for a new one, or to fix it within two weeks.
