Letter of Approval - Can you look over my translation?

Hello everyone! 
I translated an academic reference and would need your help to make it perfect - as it is very important. So if you find any mistakes or just an alternative expression to something please let me know!

I have known Ms XXX since the spring term  2010, in which she participated in one of my parallel seminars "XXX". Ms XXX has completed this course with a grade of 1,0 (A) - as one of the four best students out of 60. Ms XXX's excellent performance extended to all relevant parts of the seminar note: She took part in the discussion with good contributions and therewith contributed to the enrichment of the seminar. The "questions for experts" all students had to compose were well thought out and structured. In particular, Ms XXX made a convincing impression in the written test: She  argues at a high level, has the ability to present abstract theoretical models convincingly and states her own point of view supremely self-confidently.
I see Ms XXX as a dedicated and motivated student who is able to acquire complex learning content independently and reflect it critically. She also impressed me with her respectful and friendly relationship with her fellow students.

For these reasons, I am firmly convinced that she meets all the demands for a semester abroad - which is why I support her application with particular emphasis.
