Letter of application

Hi everyone. is it ok to write a letter of application like this one i wrote?

Dear Sir Mousavi
I wish to apply for the position, as a project engineer base on the qualification you published on your web site.
I finished my Bachelor of Computer Engineering at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. I have just been accepted in PHD degree in Sharif University of Tehran, my new semester is going to be held next month and beacause of that i need to get the position.
At present, I am working as a English Teacher in Danesh institute but unfortunately i can not effort my tution fee by this amout of money. I am proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Computer Aided Design (AutoCAd)
I wish I would be able to be accepted as project enginer in your companty and i hope i will be able to handle it. I wondered if you would call me sooner for getting more information
