Letter of Apology

00I have drafted up an apology letter, which I was asked to do by my employer. It seems that the internet gets some people into trouble (an no, I wasn't surfing the 'net at work!). What happened is, my employer started using a new software and it has a lot of bugs in it. So to vent my frustration, I decided to start a facebook group. This group featured the name of the product in the title, and was basically there to tell the world that the software was annoying and frustrating. I also posted the logo of said product on the page, which has apparently upset the company that makes the software. It was only ever joined by 4 of my co-workers, and we all forgot it even existed until last week! I have shut the page down and it is gone forever (or so it seems)02br
00I can understand why they are offended, and I also understand why I have been asked to write this letter to apologise, I just don't really know how to say it!02br
00Can someone please review the following letter and let me know if there is any way I can make it sound a little better? Thank you so much!02br
