Situation: Pamela Wilson is a freshman majoring in English. She wants to look for a part-time job to get work experience and earn some extra money, but she does not know what to do, how many hours a week she should work and when to start.

Dear Miss Pamela Wilson,

I am writing on behalf of the Advisory Service in reply to your letter of 20th February, and I would like to congratulate you on passing the entrance exam at University. I totally understand that you are getting trouble with a part-time job, and I hope the following advice below will assist you to make your own decision.

You mentioned that you are a freshman majoring in English and do not know what to do in order to get work experience and earn some extra money for your living. First of all, I strongly recommend that you should apply for English private tutor, which is extremely appropriate with a freshman like you.

Let me reassure you that, with becoming a an English private tutor, not only can you get valuable experiences by knowing how to create class projects, teaching material and handouts for your students, but you can also boost your creative skills and obtain self-esteem in communicating and transmitting knowledge.
