letter of a returned cheque(i really need a helping hand...tq=))

hello, i'm from malaysia..i received a cheque from a company where i did my training in England, but when i went to a bank in Malaysia, they rejected my cheque because in the cheque, my name is written as Miss S. jimmy, where as my full name is Sherry Jimmy.

Hence, i need to send a letter to my training company so that they will give me another cheque with my full name. Is the below letter is the right way to address this issue...and do plz help me to complete this letter...thanx alot buddy!!!

Demand is being made for the payment of cheque number 102 in the amount of 100 pound, dated 1st october2008, made payable to me myself, Miss sherry Jimmy, which was returned by CIMB Bank because the incomplete name of the receiver.
For your information, in the cheque, my name is written as Miss S.Jimmy, and the bank claimed that they only will accept a cheque with full name. Thus i really need your company to provide me with a new cheque which written my full name in it.
Together with this letter, i enclose the cheque that was returned by the bank and i do really hope that your company will take immediate respond regarding this matter.
