Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction on the internet connection. It is not working properly, and many residents are having this problem frequently.

The main issue with the internet is that it hangs quite often. It even stops working at all at night when people study or watch movies on computers. It has been third week now to this problem.

Since this interruption occurs frequently, many students find it difficult to study properly as they use the connection for their research work. Many of them have the final exam on coming Monday and they may not be able to complete their research work if it is not solved. Similarly, performance of some people has been affected in offices as they could not complete their assignments at night.

In order to resolve this issue, you should immediately send your technicians so that they can assess the routers and main wires.
